NCA Chinese School

中文学校2025年秋季太极班（第二期）现在开始招生，由张苏燕老师教学。张老师是太极拳爱好者，持有国家太极拳二级教练员证书。

开学日期：10月18日-12月6日，共七次课（11月29日放假）
上课时间：周六上午9:30-11:30
上课地点：中文学校一楼
学习内容：陈式太极棒（前半部）。这是一套养生太极棒，动作舒缓，简单易学，无须基础，占地面积小，可居家锻炼。多年来，一直受到中老年朋友的喜爱。
招生要求：因为场地和资源有限，必须保证90%的出勤率。能确保连续上课时间者优先。
招生人数：8名，现在还有4个名额。

​学费：NCA会员免费， 非会员$60。

Chinese School 2025 Fall Semester Tai Chi Class (Session 2) Enrollment Now Open
Instructor: Ms.  Zhang Suyan. Ms. Zhang is a Tai Chi enthusiast and holds a National Level 2 Tai Chi Instructor Certificate.
Dates: October 18 – December 6 (7 classes total; no class on November 29)
Time: Saturdays, 9:30–11:30 a.m.
Location: First floor of the Chinese School
Course Content: Chen-style Tai Chi Stick (first half) — a health-focused Tai Chi routine featuring gentle, easy-to-learn movements. No prior experience is required. It requires little space and can be practiced at home. This form has long been popular among middle-aged and senior participants.
Enrollment Requirements: Due to limited space and resources, participants must maintain at least 90% attendance. Priority will be given to those who can attend all sessions.
Class Size: 8 students total — 4 spots remaining.
Tuition: Free for NCA members, $60 for non-members.
